Mathematics - This week is all about Measures! Last week we started to measure the length of pencils using this rulers. If you have a ruler or tape measure at home you could find objects to measure and compare. Have a look at the Oak Academy videos about mass and capacity. Ask your parents if you can have a go at using a measuring jug or some scales. Below are some activities which you could use to practise your measuring skills.
Science: We are continuing our learning all about food chains. This is your chance to get creative and present a food chain in what ever way you would like! Remember to think carefully about the plants and animals that you find in specific habitats. Please see the PowerPoint below to find out about this learning challenge.
ICT: We are continuing to improve our word processing skills. Have a go at typing some sentences, you could copy them from a book. Remember to use both hands to select the keys and your thumbs for the spacebar. Type to the end of the line. Use the PowerPoints below to practise formatting the text.
