Easter Challenges 2020
These are the challenges we set you over Easter:
PE: Watch one of Jo Wicks 30 minute PE lessons on You Tube. Then create your own 30 minute exercise routine complete with explanations and pictures.
Art: Use a mirror or a selfie to create your own self-portrait. You could try different styles and techniques: impressionism like Monet or Van Gogh, printing like William Morris, surrealism like Picasso, pop art like Andy Warholl or even collage.
Science: We would have been learning about the five types of vertebrate in Science: mammals, birds, amphibians, reptiles and fish. Can you create a fact file for one animal in each of these groups, remembering to explain what features make it part of that group.
History: We started learning about World War Two at school this term - could you create a family project about what members of your family were doing during the war? This will mean lots of conversations with your parents and grandparents about what your ancestors were doing at that time.
ICT: Try a one-hour coding tutorial from https://code.org/hourofcode/overview
